Appeal an enforcement decision

Before you start

An appeal must be made within 14 calendar days of the decision. After that it is out of time, so send it now and add detail later if you need to.
An appeal does not pause the action unless we agree otherwise. Your zones stay as they are while we look at it.
Reinstatement can be conditional — on the abuse being removed, on security work being done, or on outstanding fees being paid.

Fix it first if you can

Most enforcement is about something specific — a phishing page, a compromised record, an unpaid invoice. Putting it right and telling us is usually quicker than arguing about whether we should have acted.

Fourteen days

Counted from the decision, not from when you noticed it. If you are close to the limit, send what you have — we would rather have an incomplete appeal in time than a complete one too late.
