What to include

A report we can act on without writing back is a report acted on sooner. Where you can, please give us:

the exact domain or hostname involved;
when you saw it, with the timezone;
what it was doing — phishing, malware, spam, something else;
evidence: the URL, full email headers, a sample message, or a log excerpt.

What we can and cannot do

We host DNS. We can stop a domain resolving through our nameservers, which takes it offline for anyone using them — but we are not the registrar and cannot seize, transfer or delete a domain, and we do not host the content it points at.

Urgent harm

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police rather than us. If it is an active phishing page or malware distribution, say so in the first line — those are looked at ahead of the queue.

Not abuse?

A billing question, a technical problem or anything else belongs on the contact page, where it reaches the right people faster.
