Service level agreement

Claim a service credit.

If your zones were unavailable and you believe a credit is due under the Service Level Agreement, submit the claim here.

Before you start
  • A claim must be made within 30 days of the end of the affected month.
  • All 4 nameservers must have failed — ns01.kumodns.com, ns02.kumodns.com, ns03.kumodns.com, ns04.kumodns.com. If any one of them was answering, the zone was available and the minutes do not count. A claim showing only some of them unreachable will be declined.
  • The website and control panel are not covered, and neither is a domain that stopped resolving at its registry.
  • Credits are for paid plans. The free plan carries the same 100% uptime commitment, but a service credit is a share of the monthly fee — and there is no fee on a free plan, so there is nothing to credit.
Use the address on the account where possible — section 8 asks that the account be identifiable.
