What to tell us

Section 15 of the Privacy Policy asks for these. The more of them you give, the sooner we can act.

What you are asking for — a copy of your data, a correction, withdrawal of a consent, or a complaint;
Your relationship with us — a customer, someone who contacted us, or someone whose data a customer holds;
An account, domain or ticket reference, if you have one;
Which data the request concerns, if it is not all of it.

Please do not attach identity documents. If we need to verify who you are we will tell you what is needed and how to send it — a web form is not the place for it.

What you can ask for

A copy of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used; a correction of anything inaccurate; withdrawal of a consent you gave us; or a complaint about how we have handled your data.

How long it takes

As soon as reasonably possible, within the statutory timelines. If we need longer we will tell you in writing, with a reason, as the PDPA requires.

If we hold it for a customer

Where we hold data only on behalf of one of our customers, we may need to pass your request to them — they decide what happens to it. We will tell you if that is the case.
